We need your profit and loss statement and balance sheet. Please bring your computerized statement or totals of your income and expense items.

We need your checkbook balance as of 12-31 of the tax year.

We need the total of your profit distributions.

If you purchased new assets we need the following:

a. Description of asset

b. Actual purchase price

c. If there is a loan involved we need the contract or loan document

d. The date of the purchase

5. We need the W-2’s or final Year t

Trust paperwork showing name, date established and beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries names, addresses, and socials.

Date of death of the decedent.

Any previous tax returns filed.

All title closing statements of any property transactions.
